Yes I know, no biggie, half of Americans have credit card debt.
According to Retirement Confidence Survey, in 2014, more than 40% of Americans are “not too” or “not at all” confident in having enough money to live comfortably in their retirement years. Not surprising to me – with credit card debt, I wouldn’t feel confident about financial security in retirement. NOW THAT’S something to worry about. If you happen to be young and far away from retirement age, well, trust me kid, the day will come sooner than you think. Even without thinking about retirement, some of you may already feel trapped in your credit card debt and can’t get out – yep I know that feeling.
